We are proud to collaborate with Chef Masuda, a highly respected Japanese chef whose creativity and passion have shaped the foundation of our recipes. His expertise brings a delicate balance of authenticity and innovation, making every dish a unique experience that bridges cultures.

2. A Menu Inspired by
12 Regions of Japan
Our menu celebrates the diversity of Japan through food. Each dish is inspired by one of 12 different regions across Japan, showcasing their local flavors, culinary traditions, and cultural stories. By weaving these influences into pasta dishes, we create a fresh dining experience that connects Japan’s rich heritage with modern tastes.

3. Regional Ambassadors by Mitsume
To bring each region to life, we partnered with Mitsume, a renowned Japanese artist. Mitsume has created original characters that act as “ambassadors” for each region, visually expressing its culture and spirit. These characters not only make our concept playful and memorable, but also connect our guests more deeply with the stories behind each dish.
